24-Year-Old ID'd As Victim Found In Submerged Car In Norwalk River A 24-year-old man has been identified as the person found in a submerged vehicle in the Norwalk River. Person Found Dead In Car Floating In Norwalk River Norwalk resident Aren Craft was found around 12:15 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 8 after police, marine unit, fire, Stamford Fire Department rescue divers and EMS officials responded to the area of Moodys Lane for a car in the water.
