3-Year-Old Hospitalized After Fall From Third-Story Window At CT Apartment, Police Say Building officials have condemned two apartment bedrooms after a 3-year-old Connecticut boy fell from a third-floor window to the ground below. The incident took place in New London County around 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 10 in Norwich at 44 Laurel Hill Ave. According to Norwich Deputy Chief Of Police Corey Poore, when officers responded to the call for help, they discovered a 3-year-old child who was alert and conscious. One Killed, Two Injured In Two-Vehicle Crossover Crash Two men were injured and a third killed during a two-vehicle head-on crash, Connecticut State Police said. The fatal crash took place around 7 p.m. Monday on Voluntown Road in Griswold in New London County, when Gengsheng Yu, 52, of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, was hit by Scott Michael Robb, 35, of Griswold in a 2010 Honda Accent B. According to state police, Robb crossed from the westbound to eastbound lane striking Yu’s 2013 Toyota Prius. Both drivers suffered minor injuries and were transported to William W.
