A Canadian man who allegedly kidnapped his toddler in Canada before changing his name and hiding in America for three decades before his arrest in Connecticut has pleaded guilty in New Haven federal court. Allan Mann, Jr., also known as Hailee Randolph DeSouza and Hailey R. DeSouza, 66, pleaded guilty to a false statement offense related to his living in the U.S. under an assumed name for approximately 30 years.
