Youth Football Teams Play For Stamford Championships

STAMFORD, Conn. – The championship games in the Stamford Youth Foundation football league are scheduled for Sunday at Boyle Stadium.

The Elementary Division championship kicks off at 9 a.m. with the Giants and Cowboys. At 11 a.m., Rippowam meets Cloonan for the Middle School junior varsity championships. The Middle School varsity championship kicks off at 1:30 with Rippowam meeting Trinity.

Rippowam went 6-0 during the regular season in the middle school varsity division, including a victory versus Trinity Catholic in the final game of the regular season. Trinity finished 5-1.
