STAMFORD, Conn. Westhill High School's 20-game losing streak in football which dates to the second game of the 2010 season finally came to an end Friday evening.
The Vikings stunned Trumbull, 37-30, in overtime, according to fan reports on Twitter. Westhill went into the Golden Eagles' home stadium to earn its first-ever victory over Trumbull in program history.
Westhill's last victory came Sept. 17, 2010, in a 32-12 win over Harding.
