CrossFit S-Town joins the CrossFit family as the largest CrossFit facility currently on the East Coast.
The unique strength and conditioning program uses the standard CrossFit training techniques, including running, rowing, power lifting, Olympic lifting, kettle bells, gymnastics, plyometrics and more.
Located within the 400,000-square-foot Chelsea Piers Connecticut facility, there is incredible flexibility to create the unique trademark “Work Out of the Day."

CrossFit S-Town will offer two types of membership – unlimited and three-day-a-week options with pricing for BlueStreak members as well as Chelsea Piers Connecticut members. Currently, there are two morning and two evening class times offered daily.
