STAMFORD, Conn. In a rare Halloween occurrence, Stamford schools will have a 90-minute delay Monday morning in the aftermath of Saturday's nor'easter.
As of 9 p.m. Sunday, more than 4,000 customers were in the dark, about 7 percent of the city, as the cleanup of fallen trees and power lines continued.
