This year’s event marked the first awards ceremony since the company transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices from Prudential Connecticut Realty in September 2013.

“We are so proud of our incredible team and their extraordinary achievements in 2013,” said Candace Adams, president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties. “Our annual event gives us the opportunity to recognize our offices’ and sales associates’ success and let them know how much we appreciate their hard work and dedication.  It is also a perfect time to announce new initiatives and tools that will further contribute to our agents’ growth and success at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties.”

During Adams’ keynote speech she announced a partnership with paperless transaction platform dotloop; revealed the company’s new General Legal Counsel, Attorney Gene Marconi; and divulged Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices 2014 initiatives.

The celebration honored Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices sales associates from 52 offices across New England. Awards were given to agents based on their 2013 national standings by HSF Affiliates. The company also recognizes employees and sales executives who have also demonstrated extraordinary customer service.
