STAMFORD, Conn., -- While Bridgeport has a high-profile Democratic primary for the mayor's position, Stamford has its own intra-Democratic battle as incumbent Rep. Virgil de la Cruz, D-2, is challenged for his Board of Representatives seat by Althea Brown.
The district is comprised of the Waterside area, and district Democrats can vote from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Salvation Army, 198 Selleck St., for their choice to sit on the board.
