STAMFORD, Conn., -- While Bridgeport has a high-profile Democratic primary for the mayor's position, Stamford has its own intra-Democratic battle as incumbent Rep. Virgil de la Cruz, D-2, is challenged for his Board of Representatives seat by Althea Brown.

The district is comprised of the Waterside area, and district Democrats can vote from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Salvation Army, 198 Selleck St., for their choice to sit on the board.

For more information or to find out your voting district, call the Registrar of Voters at 203-977-4009 or go to the website at stamfordct.gov/registrar-of-voters or call (203) 977-4009.
