The 17-year-old was riding his skateboard southbound on Willowbrook Avenue when he was struck by a southbound 2002 Chrysler Town and Country van, police said. The teenager was carried on the van for a while before he was thrown onto the east shoulder and sidewalk of Willowbrook Avenue, police said.
