STAMFORD, Conn. — A Stamford man was identified as the person found at the seawall in the Lordship neighborhood of Stratford at the end of March, a Connecticut Post article said.
The man, Fabian Toledo, 30, was found laying on the beach March 29 and was declared dead on the scene, the story said. There were no signs of foul play.
