Saul Gomez-Galeano, 37, was allegedly speeding and passed a church bus by crossing a double yellow line. Authorities pulled Gomez-Galeano over and found his infant child in the back seat along with the child's mother. Police also found four open beer bottles in the vehicle, the Stamford Advocate said.

Gomez-Galeano failed field sobriety tests and provided a breathalyzer sample that yielded a blood alcohol content of .20, nearly three-times the legal limit of .08, the Stamford Advocate reported.
