Police were called, and just before 10 p.m. an officer noticed a GMC vehicle being driven from the area by a white man with a shaved head, police said.
Officers stopped the vehicle and also observed a black male passenger, police said. The driver was identified as Vlash and the passenger as Stephens, police said.
Officers spoke to the men separately, and they gave conflicting stories as to why they were in the neighborhood, police said.
Also, officers discovered a pair of Garmin GPS devices and a laptop computer in the vehicle that were identified as coming from the three separate vehicles in the area, police said.
Bond was set at $10,000 for each. Their first scheduled court date is Oct. 6.
Sgt. Kelly Connelly said the area has been hit by a number of vehicle break-ins recently, with thieves often hitting vehicles that have been left unlocked.
