Ch’Khan Hodge, 41, was busted around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday when he left his East Main Street apartment and entered his vehicle, said Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin.
That's when officers, who had been "sitting" on his residence moved in served the warrant for both is home and vehicles, Conklin said.
A search of the home turned up 11.5 grams of crack cocaine on top of the refrigerator, along with a digital scale and $640 in cash. Inside the vehicle agents found a bag of the hallucinogen MDMA, he added.
Hodge, who is well-known to police and had just gotten off of federal probation, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell, possession of a hallucinogen, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He is being held on $20,000 bond with a scheduled court date of May 16.
