The incident began when Michael Pavarini, 24, of White Plains, began throwing trash around the High Ridge Shell and then stole a lunch truck that had been left with the engine running at the station when the owner called police, the Stamford Advocate said.
Pavarini, who police consider mentally troubled, was spotted and chased for several miles, the Advocate reported. He was charged with criminal mischief, second-degree larceny, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and driving while under suspension. His to post $2,500 bond, Pavarini flooded four jail cells, added the Advocate.
