Man On Probation Charged With Selling Heroin In Stamford

STAMFORD, Conn. -- A former Stamford resident man currently on probation for forcing his way into a Danbury home and threatening a teenager with a knife eight years ago, has been arrested again, this time for selling heroin in the city, according to the Stamford Advocate.

According to police, Tyler Strongwater, 25, of Bristol, was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 30, on charges of selling heroin at the CVS in Stamford, the Advocate said.

Strongwater was found with 34 glassine envelopes of heroin in his possession, and each envelope sells for about $20, the Advocate reported.

He was charged with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell and held on $50,000 bond, along with another $75,000 bond for violation of his probation, the Advocate said.
