Deandre Greene, 28, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, carrying a pistol without a permit, unlawful discharge of a firearm and first-degree reckless endangerment and held on $100,000 bond.
On Monday, Judge Auden Grogins ordered a $350,000 bond for Greene, who is on probation and has 13 criminal convictions, the Advocate said.
At 1:50 a.m. Sunday, Stamford Police Officers John Derisme and Daniel Kokkoros were on foot patrol, monitoring the closing of the nightclubs and bars downtown, police said.

Derisme saw a man pull out a handgun and fire a single shot into the crowd outside Glamour Bar on West Park Place, police said. No one was hit, police said.
Derisme and Kokkoros gave chase and apprehend the suspect, police said.
Greene was carrying a .380-caliber semiautomatic pistol, the Advocate reported.
On July 13, 2014, five people were shot outside the same establishment, then known as Tino's nightclub.
The co-owners voluntarily surrendered the establishment's liquor permit due to the outrage over the shooting.

Dayron Marquis Wills, a Stamford resident and security guard, fired 10 shots into a crowd of fighting people, wounding five of them. He had a permit to carry the weapon, which he pulled out and fired into the crowd.
Wills pleaded guilty last year to five counts of first-degree assault and is scheduled this week to be sentenced to 15 years in prison, the Advocate reported.
