STAMFORD, Conn. – Sandra Schiaroli Jameson, of Stamford, died of cancer on Tuesday, Aug. 25, at Stamford Hospital. She was 71.
Jameson was born in Stamford to Francis and Ruth Berges Schiaroli.
She attended Low-Heywood School (now King School), and then attended Bennett Junior College in Millbrook, N.Y.
Jameson worked in various executive assistant positions in New York City and in the Stamford area.
She was an active volunteer, working at the Lockwood Mathews Mansion in Norwalk and with the Greenwich Library's Oral History Project.
Jameson is survived by her sister, Carol Schiaroli Boynton and her husband Ted.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, in the chapel at Christ Church in Greenwich.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ASPCA.
