STAMFORD, Conn. -- Sandalia Toro Perez, of Stamford, died Dec. 13 at Stamford Hospital. She was 90.
She was born on April 13, 1925, in Utuado, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Tomas Toro and Monserrate Rosa Toro.
She was predeceased by her husband, Julio Perez, and her parents.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Dec. 17, from 11 to 11:30 a.m., followed by a service of celebration at 11:30 a.m., at Downer Funeral Home, 31 Stillwater Ave. Stamford. Pastor Ramon Tanon officiating.
Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Stamford.
