Jean Crivelli, 94, Stamford WWII Veteran

STAMFORD, Conn. – Jean Crivelli of Stamford died Sept. 7 at Regency Heights of Stamford. She was 94. 

Born June 10, 1918, in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was a daughter of Joseph and Rose Vitagliano Crivelli. She worked at Capital Records of Stamford for many years before retiring in 1977. A veteran of World War II, she served in the Army from 1943 to 1944. 

Crivelli is survived by three daughters, Lenora Cavaliero, of Stamford, Janet Black, of Connecticut, and Daina Calo, of Pennsylvania; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard Perronel; four brothers, five sisters and a great-granddaughter, Sophia.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday at St. Leo Church in Stamford. Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home handled arrangements.
