STAMFORD, Conn. - Eliana Hidalgo of Stamford died Wednesday, Dec. 3. She was 90.
Hidalgo was born Nov. 7, 1924, in Vicuña, Chile, to Bonifacio Sierra and Berta Ayala.
Hidalgo is survived by her daughters, Marcia Hidalgo of Stamford and Maria Eliana Simonetti (Pietro) of Stamford; sons, Tommy Hidalgo and Monte Carlo Hidalgo of Stamford; and five grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; and husband, Armando S. Hidalgo.
Calling hours are Sunday, Dec. 7 from 2 to 6 p.m. in the Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Avenue in Stamford. A funeral service will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 8 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St John Roman Catholic Cemetery in Darien.
