STAMFORD, Conn. – Edna Gersh Bernstein Boslet, a longtime resident of Stamford, died Dec. 14 at Bryn Mawr Hospital. She was 94.
Boslet was born in New York to Yetta Pelzel Gersh Messina and Abraham Gersh, attending Brooklyn College and Columbia University.
She worked as a social worker for American Foster Care in San Francisco and for the Stamford schools.
Boslet was predeceased by her parents; two husbands, Harold Bernstein and Vincent Boslet; and brother David Gersh.
She is survived by daughter Bettina Bernstein Lieblich; three nieces; one nephew; and friend Denise Lavallee.
A memorial service will take place in the spring.
