GREENWICH, Conn. -- Dolores Wood, a Greenwich native, died on Oct. 29. She was 72.
She was born on March 20, 1943 to Thomas and Margaret Gattuso in Greenwich. Wood graduated from Greenwich High School and was a lifelong resident.
Wood is survived by her children, Kimberly Wood, Gary Wood, Jr., Jeffrey Wood, and Kristin Wood; grandchildren, Alex Peeler, Katelyn Francis, Isabella Margaret, Derek Jayden Wood; and her sister Carol Gattuso.
Wood is predeceased by her brother, Tony Gattuso.
Visitation will be held on Thursday Nov. 5 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Castiglione Funeral Home, 544 Old Post Road, No. 3, Greenwich. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday Oct. 6 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 178 Greenwich Ave., Greenwich. Interment to follow at St. Mary Cemetery, 399 North St., Greenwich.
