Barnett Harris, 104, Of Stamford, Retired Colonial Lithograph Corp. Employe

STAMFORD, Conn. - Barnett Harris of Stamford died March 12. He was 104.

Harris was born Oct. 15, 1909, in New York City. He retired after 42 years being associated with Colonial Lithograph Corp. as an estimator and production manager. Prior to that, he was associated with Fairfield Lithograph Corp. of Stamford, Conn., New Era Lithograph and Polygraphic Corp. of America in New York.

In the graphic arts industry, he taught evening courses of Estimating and Production at the former New York Trade School and at the Amalgamated Photo Lithographers Union#1 in New York City. He was the funding chairman of the Graphic Art Division for the Police Athletic League of New York during the administration of Mayor John Lindsay.

Harris is survived by his daughters, Marilyn F. Goldstein of Vermont and Janet C. Rubenstein of Nevada; son, Robert L. Harris of Florida.; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons; and two sisters.

Interment will be at the King David Memorial Gardens, Putnam Valley, N.Y.
