STAMFORD, Conn. – Arline Joan Bova, a longtime Stamford resident, died Nov. 29 at home with family by her side. She was 74.
She was born Jan. 19, 1938, in New London to Alexander and Angela Gaspar. She graduated from Stamford High School in 1956 and worked for the Stamford Advocate in the classified advertising department for 15 years. She retired in 1994.
Bova is survived by her husband of 52 years, Vito Bova; two sons, Robert Bova, of Stamford, and Michael Bova, of Rockaway, N.J.; a daughter, Susan Bova, of Stamford; and a grandson.
Services will be held privately. Bosak Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
