Anne K. Dudas, 94, Of Stamford

STAMFORD, Conn. – Anne K. Dudas, 94, died Tuesday, Jan. 27.

She was born in Port Chester, N.Y., on Sept. 12, 1920, to Andrew Kubis and Pauline Kubis Brksa.

She and her husband, Bill, owned the Colony Grill from 1946-61. She later worked for Bloomingdale's and for 15 years at SNET. She retired in 1985. She was a lifelong member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, participating in the church choir. She was a member of the Ladies Aid Society and the LMLW.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William M. Dudas; her parents; her stepfather, Andrew Brksa; and two siblings.

She is survived by two sons, William M. Dudas Jr. and his wife, Elaine; George Dudas and his wife, Robin; four grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.

A funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, Jan. 31, at 10:30 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 265 Seaside Ave. Interment will follow at Fairfield Memorial Park, 230 Oaklawn Ave.
