Stamford Cops: Wife's Fast Food Meal Not Fast Enough

STAMFORD, Conn. — A Stamford man was arrested Thursday after he allegedly pulled his wife away from a meal with friends at McDonald’s because she was taking too long, police said.

Federico Mozo, 23, showed up at the East Main Street fast food restaurant upset with his wife for taking too long to finish eating, according to the police report. He then grabbed her and pulled her out of the restaurant and put her in the car, police said.

After taking a report at the restaurant, police arrested Mozo at his home.

Mozo, of 12 Corbo Terr., was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.
