Stamford Residents Urged To Get Flu Shots

STAMFORD, Conn. — Stamford residents are being warned to take precautions against the flu virus, which has become very widespread.

City officials are urging residents to visit the website of the Centers for Disease Control and the federal government’s flu website to learn about the dangers of the virus and how to prevent it from spreading.

Everyone six months and older should get the flu vaccination, the city's news release said. To find a place to get the vaccination, follow this link.
