Stamford Police Arrest Five People

STAMFORD, Conn—Stamford Police have jailed five people since Wednesday morning. 

? Samuel Arias, 29, of Norwalk, was charged with illegal possession of narcotics, and sale of certain illegal drugs.

? Daniel Fuscaldo, 21, of Greenwich, was charged with illegal possession of narcotics.

? Michele Ann Tomczyk, 52, of Stamford, was charged with disorderly conduct (no fighting/no threatening/no obstructing).

? Jose Alberto Torres-Varela, 68, of Vista, N.Y., was charged with two counts of sexual assault in the first degree, and three counts of risk of injury to a child (family).

? Michael Yannotti, 34, of Stamford, was charged with third degree assault.
