Hope In Motion is a yearlong initiative to raise funds to benefit the Carl & Dorothy Bennett Cancer Center and its patients and their families. “Walk, Run, & Ride” is the signature event for the initiative and is held annually on National Cancer Survivors Day, which is the first Sunday in June.

The walk and run are both 5K. The registration fee is $35 registration fee, which includes a T-shirt.

The ride is $100 and participants can choose among three courses: a challenging but picturesque 50-mile course; a less challenging 20-mile course; and a 10-mile course through downtown Stamford. All courses begin and end at Columbus Park, and the two longer courses have food and beverage stations along the way.

Riders who raise at least $500 by May 25 will also receive a Hope In Motion riding jersey.

View all of the routes on the Hope In Motion website.
