'Odyssey' Comes to Rest at Park

Stamford Mayor Michael Pavia dedicated “Sea Odyssey,” a sculpture by the late Stamford artist Reuben Nakian, Sunday afternoon. The artwork graces the grounds of Heritage Park, which is adjacent to the refurbished Old Town Hall. An acclaimed sculptor, Nakian completed “Sea Odyssey” in 1984, two years before his death. The work is owned by New York collectors Margot and C. Leonard Gordon. It is on long-term loan to the city. Photos by Laura Buckman.
