STAMFORD, Conn. Marilyn Dolores Ragsdale, 80, died Monday, Oct. 4, at Stamford Hospital. Born in Virginia, graduated from Stamford High School and lived most of her life in Stamford.
She worked in retail at C.O. Millers and Bloomingdale's and later as a health care companion at Towers and other organizations in the Stamford area.
Ragsdale is survived by her husband, Arthur L. Ragsdale; her daughter, Cheryl A. Ragsdale; two sisters, Linda J. Campbell and Barbara J. Smith-Golder, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, Oct. 17, at 11 a.m. at Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church. Interment will be private.
