Man Who Won't Leave Saloon is Arrested

Vitaliy Rozumov, 41, of West Trail, was adamant Monday night that he wouldn't leave the Black Bear Saloon when asked to do so by a manager. He yelled at bartenders and threatened to hit them, according to police. He'd had too much to drink, so the manager called the authorities. Rozumov still wouldn't budge, even after police arrived. He even threatened them. Police arrested Rozumov, charging him with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. They finally got Rozumov out of the saloon. But at the Stamford Police Station they encountered the same problem. Rozumov refused to have his fingerprints taken. He sobered up by the next morning, said police. Bond was set at $5,000, and Rozumov was given an Aug. 16 court date.
