Robert David Leonetti, 54, of Clinton Avenue was arrested early Tuesday after a Pacific Street woman called police to complain that a man was on her fire escape peering into her window. The woman said she did not know Leonetti. Police responded at 4:53 a.m. and charged Leonetti with second-degree burglary and second-degree breach of peace.
