Disturbance Ends in Arrest of Stamford Duo

STAMFORD, Conn. – Two Stamford residents were arrested early Monday morning on a complaint that they were arguing and causing a disturbance, police said. Nakiea Bray, 29, and Justin Wilkinson, 28, both of 72 Spruce St., were charged with disorderly conduct. 

Also from the police blotter:

? Brayer Bellow, 19, of 238 Greenwich Ave. in Stamford, was charged with creating a public disturbance at about 2 a.m. Monday morning, police said.

? Edras David Mendez-Folgar, 40, of 73 Stillwater Ave. in Stamford, was arrested early Monday on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to drive in a proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, police said.
