An alleged argument over their two daughters resulted in disorderly conduct charges against Anfredia King, 34, and Wayman Harden, 52, both of the same residence on Franklin Street. The two were at odds about the care of their 1- and 2-year-old daughters when the dispute became physical. King and Harden each was given a misdemeanor summons and released on a promise to appear.
