Since their mother’s death, the oldest, 18-years-old, has been trying to take care of his younger siblings: 12, 11, and 6, and unable to buy gifts for the holidays. The realty firm heard the boys story through Domus as part of its adopt a family program for Christmas, where donors buy presents for kids in need, a release said.
With most of the 100 agents at Keller Williams Realty participating either through cash donations or purchasing items, they supplied the boys with almost everything they asked for including a vacuum cleaner, a release said.
The firm was unable to purchase bikes for the younger boys, but Newtown-based Braun Moving donated three brand-new bikes for them.
The boys will also receive gift cards to Stop & Shop, McDonalds, Target, Wal-Mart, Subway, Bow Tie Cinemas and Game Stop.
