Fridays bright blue skies and temperatures in the upper 60s were so tempting that some people sneaked out of work early and hit Long Island Sound from Stamford marinas.
For those who enjoy spending time outdoors in the spring, Friday was a prelude of what is expected to be a superb weekend weather-wise, the National Weather Service says. Highs are predicted to be in the upper 60s on Saturday and Sunday under sunny skies.
