Lord & Taylor Stamford Gears Up for Renovation Completion with Event Series

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Lord & Taylor is in the final stages of massive renovations to the Stamford store, one of the fashion icon's earliest branch locations.

The renovation, which began in early 2015, touches all three levels of the store. It is being designed to have a more intuitive flow, new finishes, and upgraded services, as well as new brands. The store has stayed open throughout the renovation.

In anticipation of the official grand opening, L&T will kick off the holiday season in stylish form. ,

On Saturday, Sept. 17, from 12-5 p.m., the store will host a Back to Campus Fashion Event, highlighting the fall season’s latest styles for fashion-savvy young adults and those looking to head back to campus with a fresh new look. Event highlights include a fashion presentation, cosmetic makeovers and enter-to-win opportunities.

Friday, Sept. 30and Saturday, Oct. 1, 9 a.m.-11 p.m. -- Charity Day benefitting American Cancer Society
Wednesday, Oct. 19 5:30 p.m. -- Paint the Town Pink Fashion Show, benefitting Stamford Health Saturday,
Saturday, Nov. 19 9 a.m.-11 p.m. -- Shop Smart, Do Good Charity Day benefitting local non-profit organizations; from 2 to 4 p.m. Meet H Halston, Fashion Director Cameron Silver
