Carello’s practice embraces a broad range of business representation with an emphasis on commercial real estate leasing, business dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and corporate governance.
He graduated from University of Connecticut School of Law with high honors.
While at law school, he served as a notes and comments editor of the Connecticut Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. He earned his undergraduate degree in business administration, magna cum laude, also from the University of Connecticut.
Before joining Wofsey, Rosen, Kweskin & Kuriansky, Carello chaired the corporate department of Rucci, Burnham, Carta & Carello. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut and New York.
Carello is a former co-chair of the business law section of the Fairfield County Bar Association. He is a two-term past president of the Darien Chamber of Commerce and has served on its board of directors. He also is a past district governor of the International Association of Lions Clubs (District 23A) and a past president of the Darien Lions Club.
Carello resides in Stamford.
The Stamford-based firm has an ancillary office in New Canaan.
