Everything is handmade and 90 percent of what she carries is made in Connecticut, Simonelli told Daily Voice in an email.

The store carries one-of-a-kind products for women, men, children, and pets. Shoppers can find everything from jewelry, to body care products, oil, candles, glassware, and scarves.

Crafters can stop in to sell their wares, she said.

"We are a collective shop of the unique. Lovers of all things handmade and recycled," she said.

The store's mission statement is to make shoppers and artisans alike "feel the spirit" of the warm and inviting space, according to Simonelli.

"Our aim is to make a statement in our community that handmade is better; better for our community and our economy."

The store is located at 101 Glenbrook Road, 2nd floor, Stamford.
