STAMFORD, Conn. -- Stamford resident Ellie Zieminski has always been a fashionista.
A longtime boutique owner -- she owned Love Bella in Larchmont, N.Y. for 14 years, she decided to leave the brick and mortar world after a fire destroyed her store in November 2016.
She's been busy with trunk shows around Westchester and lower Fairfield since then (as well as being mom to her 15-month-old son), but decided, after many years tied to a storefront, that it was time to try something different.
The result? A new website featuring jewelry and accessories she is passionate about. Zieminski is personally working with the best New York City designers to offer something unique, along with her own jewelry designs. The site, www.iadorecouture.com, will launch Black Friday (Nov. 24) with what Zieminski calls "a huge selection of fast fashion" [meaning up-to-the-minute trends].
"I've worked hard to create a line that is affordable and trendy," she said.
In the meantime, you can find her back in Larchmont at a holiday pop-up boutique.
Love Bella is at 148 Larchmont Avenue and features women's clothes and accessories -- think sweaters, scarves and gobs of jewelry.
It opened Tuesday, Nov. 7 and will be in its temporary location until Thursday, Dec. 30. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
