All of the measles deaths reported in the United States so far this year have occurred in Pennsylvania, where a third resident has died amid the nation’s largest outbreak, officials said. A 40-year-old Jefferson County woman died Saturday, Sept. 12, from complications associated with measles, Coroner Greg Furlong announced. A motorcyclist was killed in a late-night crash on a Connecticut highway, police said. Troop H in Hartford was notified of the crash on the outbound side of the Founders Bridge in East Hartford around 11:56 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, according to state police.
