Ex-Boyfriend's Appearance In Stratford Leads To Shooting, Arrest Of Teen An area teen is behind bars with bail set at a quarter of a million dollars after being charged with a shooting that occurred during an argument overnight.  At approximately 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20, Stratford Police Department officers responded to a report of an assault and shots fired at 445 Wiklund Ave.  The caller stated that someone had been shot at the residence.  An investigation determined that 19-year-old Davonte Whitehurst of Bridgeport shot a male victim in the leg after a brief verbal argument, said Captain Frank Eannotti of the Stratford PD.  The victim received non-th…
