Connecticut Teen Charged With Murder After Victim Dies From Injuries An 18-year-old is being charged with murder after the victim of a “serious assault” died due to injuries. Terrence Johnson, 18, of West Haven, was arrested sometime between Oct. 31 and Nov. 3, and charged with murder, West Haven Police said. The charge against Johnson stems from an Oct. 31 “serious” assault in the area of Washington Avenue and Elm Street in West Haven, police said. On that day, the victim was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The victim died due to the injuries on Nov. 1, police said. Johnson is being held on a $1 million bond.
