CT Trooper In Fairfield County Caught Running Ex's License Plates, Police Say A Connecticut State Trooper has been arrested after authorities say he ran license plates for personal reasons, including to follow a jealous hunch about his girlfriend. On Tuesday, Oct. 17, Jose Campos was arrested by fellow state police members in Hartford County for his alleged crimes, the Connecticut State Police (CSP) announced.
