Reports Of Peeping Tom Lead To Arrest Of Suspect In Burglary, Other Crimes In Stamford Complaints of a Peeping Tom in a Stamford neighborhood led to the apprehension of a 45-year-old burglary suspect linked to a burglary and other crimes. At approximately 11 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 8, Officer Eric Cooper, a rookie with the department, began to check the Parc Grove Apartments at 180 Broad St. as a result of numerous previous reports of suspicious activity and resident complaints of the Peeping Tom.
