Buh-Bye! More Connecticut Residents Moving Out Of State Than In, New Study Reveals Is it the weather? I-95 or The Merritt? Maybe it's the public transportation -- or lack thereof? More Connecticut residents moved out than in last year, according to a recent study by United Van Lines. The  St. Louis-based moving company found that Connecticut had the third-highest rate of residents moving to other states -- with 62 percent of moves being outbound.
