A total of eight of Connecticut’s best and brightest high school seniors, seven from Fairfield County, were among 300 chosen to compete with some of the nation’s top students in the Regeneron Science Talent Search competition. Connecticut is among the “most innovative” states in the country, according to a newly released nationwide study. Connecticut was ranked the fourth most innovative state in the country according to a 2020 study from Bloomberg.
