Audit: Connecticut Prescription Monitoring Has Not Prevented A Rise In Drug Overdose Deaths Despite great effort, the Connecticut Prescription Monitoring Program isn’t adequately tracking when strong drugs are prescribed or dispensed, according to a report by the state’s Auditor.
